Centre Markets, our partnering retail outlet, is open and thriving in the building's storefront — connecting neighbors with locally grown food, farm-fresh products, and the farmers and producers behind them. It's the living, breathing first chapter of what this space is becoming.
What's Coming
The heart of Centre Kitchen Collective will be a shared-use commercial kitchen — a professional, fully equipped space where local farmers, food entrepreneurs, and culinary creators can produce, grow, and launch their food businesses without the crushing overhead of building a kitchen from scratch.
